Quadrat one
The Quadrat is a rectangular garden office / family lounge. Quadrat One comes as a self built kit to the consumer. It is built in three stages allowing the consumer to spread the cost of this unit comfortably, this way you build your project as fast as you can afford. You can also avoid taking high interest personal loans for your house projects and dreams.
While wooden sheds and garden offices that are built out of wood require maintenance and attention to rot and squeaks, Quadrat One is a sound almost maintenance free investment and a smart addition to you home.

How to Get your Quadrat?
A Quadrat is built in three stages set to save you cost and effort.
1- A Quick physical or virtual survey of the site can be arranged with Lamassou .. Just to make sure you have the right position and setting.
Applications for any permits with local councils should be done by the client as each council in the UK and EU have different regulations and parameters.
2- The client can either prepare the grounds or hire local contractor to install a concrete base/slab within Lamassou spec.
3- The Client can purchase the Quadrat One to be fully installed all in one stage or as the budget allows for self assembly. The client can also request for it to be delivered in
CKD form were the client can build on his or her weekends then request more parts as they go further. In all cases Lamassou will followup with the client installation to
ensure everything is installed correctly as per instructions or videos.
Lamassou will recommend any heavy lifting equipment for the installation if needed to complete the task. We do expect those who choose the the self built approach and save costs to at least have basic DIY knowledge including basic electrics, a rubber hammer, two variable spanners, a rivet gun, and a basic household toolkit.
