FARMUS - DESIGN PHASE
This modern cube is an experimental home that brings part of the garden indoor for all season use. This design reduces the footprint required for the build without sacrificing living and storage space. The internal design is still not in the public sphere but it will be a sizeable 4 bedroom home with your carport and services beneath the house. The concept starts with a reception that takes you to the open living, kitchen and office in the first floor, where you can also enjoy an internal garden giving you the spirit of a tranquil home in a modern theme. The final floor is for sleeping and recreational use, This design allows the top floor to be a functional part of the house as opposed to wasting the level as makeshift storage or expensive lofts in classic european homes.
